Telehealth Services

A welcoming space for care, with the flexibility of meeting online.

Telehealth lets you connect through secure video appointments from a private, comfortable space. It can make room for care alongside work, family responsibilities, or a busy day—without the trip to the office.

Individual psychotherapy is available for adults. Some psychological assessment and evaluation services may also be offered online when the format fits your needs and the assessment requirements. Certain testing may require an in-person appointment.

Where Telehealth Is Available

Dr. Graies is licensed in California and Nevada. Appointment availability depends on your physical location during the session, the service requested, and applicable practice requirements.

Dr. Graies is authorized through PSYPACT to offer interstate telepsychology across participating jurisdictions. Services through PSYPACT require current authorization, the psychologist’s physical presence in their declared PSYPACT home state, and the client’s presence in a participating jurisdiction.

Please share the state where you’ll be located when you contact us. We’ll confirm whether an appointment is available for your location before scheduling. If you’ll be traveling, let us know before your session.

Is Telehealth Right for You?

Telehealth can be a convenient option for individuals who prefer the flexibility of receiving psychological services virtually. It may be especially helpful if you:

  • Prefer attending appointments from home or another private setting

  • Have a busy work, school, or family schedule

  • Live farther from the office or want to avoid travel time

  • Travel within areas where services can legally be provided

  • Feel more comfortable engaging in therapy from your own environment

  • Want greater flexibility in accessing ongoing psychological care

For telehealth appointments, you will need a private location, reliable internet connection, and a device with video and audio capabilities.

Telehealth may not be appropriate for every individual or every psychological service. Whether virtual care is appropriate will be considered based on your needs, location, and the type of service being provided.

What to Expect From Telehealth

Telehealth appointments are designed to provide the same level of professional, individualized, and collaborative care as in-person services while allowing you to participate from a private location that is convenient for you.

Before your appointment, you will receive information for accessing your secure virtual session. At the time of your appointment, you should be in a private and comfortable location where you can speak openly without interruptions.

For psychotherapy, sessions follow a similar format to in-person therapy and are tailored to your individual concerns and treatment goals.

For psychological evaluations, the telehealth process may vary depending on the type of assessment. Some components may be completed virtually, while certain testing procedures may require an in-person appointment.

Your location will be confirmed as appropriate for telehealth services at the time of your appointment.
